Partnerships

Development works when
responsibility and interests
are clear.

We pursue opportunities for our own portfolio and with aligned partners, from acquisition and capitalization through design, delivery, and operation.

Engagement models

01

Vicintas-led acquisitions

Owned investments and development opportunities led by Vicintas.

02

Co-GP and joint-venture development

Aligned capital and shared development responsibility around a defined opportunity.

03

Public and institutional partnerships

Selected opportunities assessed against relevant qualifications and execution capacity.

04

Land-contribution development

A landowner contributes a site while Vicintas leads the work required to evaluate and advance development.

Valuation, governance, capital calls, guarantees, dilution, tax treatment, timing, and exit rights depend on the negotiated structure.

05

Selected owner relationships

Engagements where Vicintas can materially influence development decisions, scope, risk, and execution.

For landowners

Contribute the site.
Build the development
path together.

This model may suit an owner who believes a site has greater development potential but does not want to assemble every capability alone. Vicintas can lead initial feasibility, underwriting, capitalization, approvals, design, and development management. The first step is evaluating the site and the owner's goals—not promising a predetermined structure.

Land value, governance, capital obligations, guarantees, dilution, tax treatment, timing, and exit rights are negotiated project by project with appropriate advisors.

Start with
the land.

Share the location, ownership context, known constraints, and what outcome you are considering.

We seek roles where decisions, execution,
and long-term interests can be aligned.
