How we work
Consider the life
of the place before
the first line is drawn.
Decisions made before construction shape cost, use, maintenance, and experience for years. We consider financing, design, delivery, and operation together.
The process we are formalizing
Decisions continue
after delivery.
- 01
Source and acquire
- 02
Design and capitalize
- 03
Build and deliver
- 04
Operate and observe
- 05
Revise the next decision
What we learn returns to acquisition and design.
Research & learning
The first study
framework.
We are formalizing how operating observations become better development decisions.
